- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible customer service! I called about a speeding ticket i had received for the first time in my life. These people who answer the phone do not speak English! the price fee they requested was $110 to settle my ticket. My ticket was $300. i paid the fee. 2 weeks later i receive a letter from them. stating i have to go to traffic school and have to pay $300 in court fees!!!!! they obviously cant do their job well. i ended up having to pay more than the ticket itself and would have gotten the same result or BETTER (since it was my first time) if i would have done it myself! Of course i call to complain and they play the hang up game!! and do not offer refunds!!!By Juseth Coleman, June 12, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I used them a few times and ultimately had all the tickets thrown out. I know every case is different though for each person. I am just happy that I don't have to go to court AND I don't pay for the darn ticket (besides the fees for ticket clinic).
